In this special episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Marcus Rien, CPA, a fractional CFO and entrepreneur, about his bold new initiative: WavesCPAs.com. Patience, Purpose, and Perseverance Building the platform wasn’t easy. Marcus spent over nine months developing Waves with a U.S.-based team. He admitted, “The biggest challenge was patience… but I wanted to get it right for the CPAs and the clients.”
He also shared his personal mission: “I want to make a difference by helping others grow professionally and personally.”
Final Advice from Marcus As we wrapped up, Marcus offered this:
“Be curious. Ask questions. Be intentional about your relationships.”
